📄 3. Refund and Returns Policy
Even after several quality checks, it is possible that the customer receives a damaged product due to manual handling or courier issues.
Conditions for Refunds or Replacements:
Only accepted within 3 days of delivery
Must include unboxing video and clear photos of the damaged or misprinted product
Refunds or replacements will not be issued for sizing errors made by the customer

Our team will verify and respond within 24–48 hours
If approved, we will issue a refund or ship a replacement
